For example, since each level is 30 minutes if you desire to listen to a intense Alpha session you can combine Alpha level 1-4 to get a 2 hour session where each 30 minute track will play the one after the other on your mp3 player. Another example, if you are already experienced in meditation you may want to combine the lowest Alpha level with a upper Theta level session and so on. Ultimately we recommend you don't rush the sessions if you buy our products, especially the lower sessions. You can even stay on some sessions for 1 month.
